Anthony Davis Injury: What happened to Anthony Davis?

The roar at the American Airlines Center turned to complete silence during the third quarter when Mavericks debutant Anthony Davis walked to the locker room, clearly in pain. The 31-year-old, who played his first game for the Mavs after a trade from the Lakers, suffered what looked like a non-contact groin injury during the third quarter of the game.

Up until that point, Davis had been unstoppable. He scored 26 points, grabbed 16 rebounds, and dished out 7 assists. It was a fiery performance, but the injury cut his night short.
