PESA Manila Delegates were warmly welcomed by PESA Cebu Chapter officers, led by President Joseph Ngo and Incoming President Roger Manglapus, upon their arrival in Cebu.

PESA Officers, headed by President Johan Chua and Chairman Peter Mangasing, arrived yesterday to attend the PESA Cebu Chapter Induction Ceremony on May 30,2026.

We thank the PESA Cebu Chapter Officers for their warm hospitality and unwavering commitment to PESA. We return to Manila with our hearts full, having gained not only wonderful memories but also many new friends from Cebu.

PESA, Inc. was invited to the historic groundbreaking ceremony of the Tzu Chi Foundation Philippines General Hospital Project— a meaningful milestone dedicated to saving lives, protecting health, and upholding the mission of love.

PESA Delegates President Johan Chua and Vice President Zina Tang represent the organization in this significant event held May 8, 2026 at the Buddhist Tzu Chi Campus in Sta. Mesa, Manila.
