A contemporary tropical vacation house designed to embrace nature, comfort, and resort-style living.

This proposal features an L-shaped floor plan that maximizes natural lighting, cross ventilation, and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow directly into the expansive veranda, deck, and pool area, creating a relaxing environment for both everyday living and weekend retreats.

The architectural design combines clean stucco-finished walls, natural stone accents, rustic wood-textured cladding, and full-height glazing to achieve a balance between modern simplicity and warm tropical character. Large openings and clerestory windows enhance airflow and daylight while framing views of the surrounding landscape.
