Here is the simple "prescription" for a healthy heart: ✅ Aerobic: Aim for 150 minutes of moderate activity (brisk walking) or 75 minutes of vigorous activity (like boxing or running) per week. ✅ Strength: Add weights or resistance training at least 2 days a week. ✅ Sit Less: Even small movements help offset the risks of sitting all day.
Start slow and increase your intensity gradually. Your heart will thank you later!
