Art Workshop is Highlight of Kiddie Paskuhan Day 6 22/12/2018

An art workshop by Maryrose Gisbert Domingo became the highlight of Day 6 of the Kiddie Paskuhan 2018 last December 19 for over 300 kids from GK communities in Quezon City (GK Upper Banlat, GK Hsia at GK NIA), and Rizal Park surrounding communities, including street children.

The annual Kiddie Paskuhan event organized by Mabuhay Restop, now in its 5th year, creates opportunities for meaningful interactions as a way to spread Christmas cheer to less privileged children. KP 2018 is in partnership with the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC).

“Art appreciation is something we always want to encourage among under privileged children and we are truly thankful to Ms Maryrose for always being willing to share her time and talent with our children,” says MR Kiddie Paskuhan Coordinator, Glen Onia.

Maryrose was joined by the Colayco and Pascua families who volunteered to serve the Day 6 Kiddie Paskuhan children by giving out the food treats and loot bags, and doing the face-painting and tattoo and games.

Thanks to Day 6 KP sponsors who made this event possible:
Colayco Family, Pascua Family, Horrigan Family, Villarama Family, Ricci & Chris Fausto Family, Czarina Ledesma, Bernard Castro, Celine & Raul Pedro, MayAnn & Joji Mendoza, Keila Santos, Fonta5 & the LA Superfriends, and Jimmy & Elvie Abordo
& Family. Merry Christmas!
