Known to be the most authentic and the best braised Beef Noodles in town for several decades even by the Taiwan Embassy itself. Boiling and cooking for 2 whole days (just like how the Japanese cook their ramen soups) hence a very different kind of depth of flavor, it's nowhere near the common beef Mami you have seen and tasted everywhere.
