*23-35 YEARS OLD FOR FIRST TIMER
*NO TATTOO
*NO HISTORY OF OPERATION( 5 YEARS ABOVE)
*NO DEFORMATION OF THE BODY
*PASSPORT HOLDER
*AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE

PLEASE BRING:

VALID PASSPORT
2X2 ID PICTURE (1PC)
BLACK BALLPEN
