BREAKING: De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde emerged as the Top 2 performing school in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination (REALE), achieving a 90.91% passing rate with 20 passers out of 22 takers.

Following the release of the results by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) today, July 9, Joselito Perez Jr. secured the Top 7 spot, adding another milestone to the College’s achievement.

This year's results mark a significant improvement from Benilde’s 16th-place ranking and 81.82% passing rate in the 2025 REALE.

After a long-awaited return to the top following an 11-season drought, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) hosted “Blazed to Victory,” the Blazers’ Thanksgiving Gala, on July 8 at the Benilde Sports and Dormitory Complex, celebrating the College’s sixth NCAA General Championship.
