𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 3𝗿𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 4𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗢𝗝𝗧)

The medical clearance schedule for 3rd and 4th-year students for the upcoming OJT will run starting April 24 at the PUP-CEA Clinic. This is required to assess students’ health status, ensure fitness for academic and on-the-job training activities, and help maintain a safe school environment.

𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

- Duly accomplished Health Declaration Form (downloadable from the PUP website) with 2x2 picture.
- Chest x-ray (photocopy of the result only).
- Declaration of Health Information Form (available at the clinic).

On this solemn day, we step away from the noise of our daily lives and enter a space of silence and reflection. Good Friday reminds us of Christ’s suffering and the profound love shown through His sacrifice on the cross. It is in this stillness that we are invited to confront our own burdens, seek forgiveness, and renew our faith.
