✨ TRIKE TUKLAS ✨
🏞️ It's WOW-G Day! 🌳

The Manila City Library joins our Muslim brothers and sisters in the solemn celebration of Eid Al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) on May 27, 2026.
✨2026 Theme: "Sacrifice, Compassion, and Community Resilience"✨
Eid Al-Adha is more than just a holiday; it is a profound reminder of the values of devotion, obedience, and the spirit of selflessness. It honors the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God’s command.
This "Festival of Sacrifice" teaches us that true progress is rooted in our ability to look beyond ourselves and extend a helping hand to those in need.
Why We Celebrate:
Spirit of Sharing: The act of Qurbani (sacrifice) reminds us to share our blessings with the less fortunate, ensuring no family is left behind.
Faith & Devotion: A time to reflect on our personal commitments to our faith, our families, and our country.
National Unity: By honoring our diverse cultural and religious traditions, we weave a stronger, more inclusive fabric for our nation.
As we commemorate this sacred day, let us renew our vow to be instruments of peace and pillars of support for one another. When we sacrifice for the common good, we build a future filled with harmony and collective prosperity.
Eid Mubarak to all!
