The Eugenio Lopez Jr. Center for Media Arts Senior High School (ELJCMASHS) made history at the 15th Gawad Anak OFW – TOSDOSA Awards as the first school from Quezon City to participateβ€”and the first public high school to enter the TOSDOSA Award circleβ€”with two entries placing in the Top 10.

Waynerythe U. Salcedo, a Grade 12 Anak OFW student, secured Top 2, while Faith Elaizah B. Avila, also a Grade 12 Anak OFW student of ELJCMASHS, placed Top 5. Both are among the 2026 Ten Outstanding Sons and Daughters of OFW Student Achievers Awards (TOSDOSA Awards) honorees under the High School Level.

The awarding ceremony was held on April 10, 2026 at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. The Diocese of Cubao Migrant Ministry, under whose jurisdiction the school belongs, also presented a token of recognition, in addition to the awards given by the TOSDOSA sponsors. Mr. Joe Louie Lavaro served as coach and adviser of the two awardees.

In the special closing production featuring the finalists and awardees, Waynerythe Salcedo led the group in preparing and performing their presentation titled A Million Dreams, showcasing the talent and unity of the honorees.
