Easter Season
The Easter season is fifty days from the Sunday of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ to Pentecost Sunday. The first eight days of the Easter season make up the Octave of Easter and are celebrated as solemnities of the Lord.
A blessed Monday of the Octave of Easter.

Knowing Thy Love
O Thy love and the mercy it brings
is to Thee Lord that my heart clings
O Thy Holy sacrifice, all graces abound
it is in Thee Lord that hope is found
O Thy promise of a love that saves
it is Thee Lord that my heart craves
O Thy cross that leads to eternal life
it is Thee Lord that puts an end to my strife
O Thy Love that renews and restores
it is because of Thee Lord that my spirit soars
As I end today, Dear Lord
May I know Thy Love
Thy Love, Thee Lord.

The Seven Last Words of Jesus reveal His mercy, love, trust, compassion, and ultimate surrender to the Father.
Jesus, our Lord and our God, Your sacrifice offers hope and comfort that one day, we too shall share in Your resurrection.
May we forgive like You.
May we love like You.
May we trust like You.
May we hope like you.
And may we surrender ourselves to the Father like You.
Amen.

“Panginoon ko, ang tulad ko’y walang karapatang sa’yo ay tumanggap, ngunit sa isang salita Mo lamang ay gagaling na ako.”
May we all look forward to that big banquet to which we have all been invited to partake.
A blessed Holy Thursday!

Many of us have short memories. We easily forget our real mission, our real purpose. The cross on our foreheads each Ash Wednesday is not a decoration but a serious reminder to repent and amend our lives according to God's will.
How sad it is when we mark ourselves with the cross yet we continue our sinful ways.
The Ash Wednesday marks the start of the Lenten Season, our 40-day preparation for a meaningful celebration of the passion, death and resurrection of Christ.

Devotion to the Santo Niño
The Santo Niño is our Lord Jesus Christ. We do not ask Him to pray for us. We pray to Him.
The images have no power in themselves. We are devoted not to the (or any) image of the Santo Niño, but to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Viva Pit Señor Sto. Niño! ✨
