Designing research instruments that accurately measure the research participants' opinions, experiences, and behaviors is the most crucial component of the survey process. If the data gathered is constructed on confusing, biased, or poorly written questions, intended research purpose will not be achieved. Writing good questions, structuring them into a survey questionnaire, and testing its validity and reliability are certainly significant aspects of creating good measures for any quantitative research project. The first part of this six-day international training-workshop will discuss the fundamentals of survey questionnaire development with the use of WarpPLS software.

Doing qualitative research data analysis is a herculean task but can be eased using a software. MAXQDA is considered to be a world-class software package for qualitative research and offers the same features on Windows and Mac. It is one of the most comprehensive programs used by thousands of researchers in over 150 countries worldwide. Familiarizing oneself with the nature and features of MAXQDA software is the key to successfully use it for any qualitative research project. The second part of this six-day international training-workshop will discuss the invaluable information on doing qualitative research data analysis with the use of MAXQDA software and provide a hands-on experience on it.
