🌐♿ ADVANCING DISABILITY-INCLUSIVE DIGITAL FUTURES THROUGH HUMAN RIGHTS

During the 61st Regular Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), the Philippines co-sponsored the resolution on "The rights of persons with disabilities: disability-inclusive digital technologies and infrastructure, including transport and housing."

The PHRCS contributed to the Philippine Government's inputs to the resolution, reaffirming the country's commitment to promoting accessibility, inclusion, and the meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in the digital age.

As technology continues to transform daily life, ensuring that digital technologies, transport systems, and housing infrastructure are accessible and inclusive remains essential to upholding human dignity, advancing equality, and leaving no one behind.
