To ensure the participants' safety and security during the next major event of Kapandesal Events & Productions (KEPI), Kapandesal Multipurpose Cooperative, Kapandesal Association Inc. - KAI, Timeless Power and Wellness Inc, National Parks Development Committee, Rotary Club of Ermita, Rotary District 3810, and the office of the Hon. Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada of the City Government of Manila, together with no less than Kapandesal COOP Founder and Chairman Mel Perez Tadeo and KEPI President Kenneth John Montegrande discuss the Event Safety and Security Management Plan to the dedicated team of Kabalikat Radiocom during their initial meeting. Kabalikat Radio com was represented by Luzon BOD Chairman Chris Masinsin and sir Arnel Señoron, President Kabalikat Radiocom Manila Chapter (Merlion Base).
