Almost 4 years ago, our vision to bring comfort and style to our little busy kids’ footwear turned into a reality. Our locally handmade leather shoes have received so much love from so many of our very supportive mommas who are also advocating for slow fashion and sustainable products. Over the years, we have been blessed to just see all our Munting Yapak babies grow with us! Seeing them run, play, in ordinary days and special ones, we’re grateful that we’ve been part of them all.

Our shoes have always been crafted with each and every tiny feet in mind. We wanted to not only provide comfy, classic and stylish footwear, but also sustainable and ethical. Hence, we’ve partnered with local shoemakers in Marikina who are masters in their craft! They have worked with us until we finally got the right “recipe” to each and every pair of shoes we designed.

Today, we are at awe as we look back. It’s been a wonderful 4 years! We remember all the support, the tags, the dms and most especially, the kind and honest reviews you’ve all sent us! Thank you, thank you so much!!

Life always defines the power of slow. With time and patience, we see things grow, bloom and heal.

To our amazing community who’d been with us from the very beginning, we thank you for always supporting this humble local shop. We know you’ve been asking why we are not so active in this platform and we apologize for not always giving updates. We have been on a pause for a while to give ourselves the space and chance to embrace changes, growth and healing.

Life is all about having patience and never giving up, because every good thing takes time. So on a happier note, we have restocked a lot of our best selling shoes! Yes, it took our local artisans a while to finish them. They, too, are still struggling to navigate in the new norm. We’ve lost a lot of these great shoe makers, many of them chose to give up their craft because the industry was hit bad. But hey, with every purchase you make, we pray that we can slowly get back in bringing livelihood to all our hard working local show makers.
