During this period, the 𝐐𝐑𝐏𝐇 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 will be temporarily unavailable. You may continue to use other available payment channels and resume QRPH transactions once the maintenance has been completed.

In view of Memorandum Circular No. 89 dated July 21, 2025 issued by the Office of the President declaring the suspension of work in government offices in Metro Manila due to continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon, the MARINA Central Office is CLOSED on 22 July 2025.

Applicants with confirmed appointments for Seafarer's Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) at the MARINA Central Office on the said date will be accommodated for processing from
23 July to 05 August 2025.
