Many students are still adjusting from the unusual demands of online learning. Schools are choosing online learning or hybrid learning models in response to the ongoing pandemic. This transition presents new challenges for students, parents, and teachers. When it comes to supporting digital education for students with autism, we are all learning together. There’s no need to leave anyone behind.

Stuck in front of the screen all day? Well, that does not sound great, does it? Add spice to your daily routine by exercising!
Aside from its physical benefits, exercising 30 minutes to an hour is linked to a person's improvement of cognitive skills. It benefits one's processing speed, attention, memory, effortful and goal-directed thinking and behavior, and creativity. Furthermore, it improves your overall mood, as it helps in releasing happy hormones: endorphins ❤
Despite the demands of online classes, make it a habit to allot enough time for your health. Aerobic exercises or yoga are recommended for you, so you can still stay physically and mentally fit during this time of pandemic!

Pocket Psych is organized by 5 freshmen students of UST BS Psychology. We are advocates of Mental Health, and are adamant in promoting self-care as a vital key to self-fulfillment. Using the concepts we have learned and considering the consequences of the pandemic, we are providing several coping mechanisms in alleviating stress brought by COVID-19.
