Near Hire Training - NHT Program

This year’s Nanays in IT Program officially begins!

Last September 15, an Orientation, followed by the official Kick-Off Ceremony of the Nanays in IT Program was held. The Program is funded by Accenture in the Philippines and implemented in partnership with PBSP and the YMCA of Manila.

This year marks an exciting milestone as the program, previously exclusive to Mega Manila, now also welcomes Nanay learners from Cebu City—bringing together a total of 80 participants.

Ms. Mayette Zarate, Managing Director and Program Sponsor of Accenture in the Philippines delivered the message to inspire the learners to embrace this 6-month journey with confidence and purpose.

Since 2022 the Program has trained 155 nanays and individuals. To date, 76% of the graduates are employed.

Nanays in IT Batch 5 Update!
