[ANNOUNCEMENT]

This is Admin 🍯 posting on behalf of the admins.

The past few months has been tough to our team as we had to resolve a huge number of backlogs- mainly shipments from pre-orders and live selling sessions.

Even though we are able to close a good number of transactions, we are still left with a couple of refunds and pending shipments.

With this, we would like to announce that the shop will get back to selling to fast track the remaining pending transactions. Please note that the transactions from here onwards will be solely handled by the admins, hence, the change of modes of payment and shipping method. Items to be posted are all onhand at the address of the admin in charge of shipping. No pre-orders shall be posted to avoid delays.

For assurance, we are uploading herewith photoproofs from our closed transactions- shipped items as well as items successfully pulled out from the old warehouse and local suppliers.

We would also like to clarify that we are aware of the announcement made that there will be a transition of management which will result to a better service, however, as we still have pendings to resolve, the team has yet to transition to a new management.
