📌 Admin Staff / Purchaser
📌 Architect / Junior Architect

🔹 Admin Staff / Purchaser 🔹

Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative tasks and office documentation
• Process purchasing of materials and supplies
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, Architect/Engineers
• Monitor deliveries and inventory of materials
• Prepare reports, quotations, and purchase orders

Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Detail-oriented and highly systematic
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
✔ Experience in purchasing or admin work is an advantage
✔ Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

🔹 Architect / Junior Architect 🔹

Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs
• Assist in project planning and site coordination
• Work closely with the design & fitout team
• Ensure plans meet client requirements and project standards
• Conduct site visits and actual measurements when needed

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
✔ Creative with strong design and space-planning skills
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for Junior Architect)
✔ Knowledge in fitout / construction is a plus
✔ With valid driver's license and be able to operate car/motorcycle is an advantage
