Stay safe everyone

Ordering employees to report to work during strong typhoons, floods, or severe weather conditions is not a sign of dedication — it’s negligence.

Your staff are not machines. They are human beings with families, homes, and lives at risk. Flooded roads, falling trees, and power outages are real dangers, not minor inconveniences.
No deadline, no project, no profit is worth risking lives.

🌧️ Employees are replaceable at work… but irreplaceable at home.
🌧️ Forcing them to commute in hazardous conditions is unsafe and irresponsible.
🌧️ True leadership protects your people — not punishes them for staying safe.
🌧️ Their family needs them more than their quota.
🌧️ No job is worth risking their lives on flooded roads. Flooded roads, fallen trees, and strong winds aren’t signs of dedication; they’re warnings to stay safe.
🌧️ They can’t perform well if they’re injured.
🌧️ Choosing safety over hustle isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom.
🌧️ Their life matters more than their job.
🌧️ A typhoon is not a loyalty test.

Stay safe, everyone! 🇵🇭

Keep safe everyone

🚨 WHAT TO DO DURING AN EARTHQUAKE 🚨
When the ground shakes, stay calm and think clearly, your actions in the first few seconds can save lives.

🏠 If You Are Indoors (Home, School, or Office)
✅ Stay where you are — don’t run outside immediately.
✅ DROP, COVER, and HOLD ON!
• DROP to your hands and knees.
• COVER your head and neck under sturdy furniture.
• HOLD ON until the shaking stops.
✅ Stay away from windows and heavy furniture.
✅ If in bed, stay there and protect your head with a pillow.
✅ Don’t use elevators — use stairs only after shaking stops.
✅ Turn off gas and electricity once it’s safe.

🏢 If You Are in a High-Rise Building
✅ Move away from windows and tall shelves.
✅ Don’t rush to stairways or elevators while shaking.
✅ Brace yourself and hold onto something stable.
✅ After shaking, exit calmly using the stairs.
✅ Go to the designated evacuation area.

🚗 If You Are in a Vehicle
✅ Pull over to a clear, open space — avoid bridges, trees, and power lines.
✅ Stay inside with your seatbelt fastened.
✅ Turn on hazard lights and wait for shaking to stop.
✅ Drive cautiously afterward, avoiding damaged roads.

🏬 If You Are in a Mall, Theater, or Public Place
✅ Stay calm — don’t rush to the exits.
✅ Take cover under sturdy counters or tables.
✅ Protect your head and neck.
✅ Follow staff or security instructions.
✅ Exit slowly after shaking stops.

🏫 If You Are in School
✅ Duck, cover, and hold under your desk.
✅ Face away from windows.
✅ Wait for your teacher’s signal before evacuating.
✅ Move calmly to your open assembly area.

🚆 If You Are in a Train (MRT/LRT/PNR)
✅ Hold firmly to a handrail or pole.
✅ Stay inside the train until it stops.
✅ Follow staff instructions and stay calm.
✅ Avoid power lines or metal structures when exiting.

🏙️ If You Are Outdoors
✅ Move to an open area away from buildings, trees, and power lines.
✅ Watch for falling debris and signboards.
✅ If near the coast, move to higher ground — a tsunami may follow.
✅ Avoid cliffs or slopes that might collapse.

⚠️ After the Shaking Stops
✅ Check yourself and others for injuries.
✅ Evacuate calmly — don’t use elevators.
✅ Expect aftershocks. Stay alert.
✅ Listen to official advisories from PHIVOLCS, NDRRMC, or your local DRRMO.
✅ Avoid coastal areas if tsunami warnings are issued.
✅ Help others, but stay safe.
🙏 Continue praying for everyone’s safety.

🇵🇭 Prayer for the Philippines 🙏

Dear Lord,
Please cover our families with Your protection and peace.
Keep our homes standing firm and our hearts steadfast.
Bless every rescuer, healer, and volunteer with strength and courage.
May unity and compassion rise stronger than the shaking ground.
Guide us, Lord, and let Your mercy bring calm to our nation.
Amen.
