Our first international event — proudly executed in Manila 🇵🇭

had the privilege of planning and executing the two-day international seminar hosted by the ASEAN-Korea Centre last July 3–4, 2025, held at Admiral Hotel Manila — MGallery.

🌏 This event brought together government officials and business leaders from Korea, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines, including distinguished guests such as Korean Ambassador to the Philippines H.E. Lee Sang-hwa, Secretary General H.E. Kim Jae-shin of the ASEAN-Korea Centre, and USEC Juan Miguel Cuna of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

Focusing on innovation in sustainable waste management and the circular economy, the seminar served as a meaningful platform for regional dialogue and collaboration. ♻️

From the initial planning stages to on-site ex*****on, our team provided end-to-end coordination and support — managing event logistics, timelines, and communications with multiple stakeholders.

We also handled on-ground services including photography and videography, chauffeured transportation for delegates, and full technical production for lights and sounds.

Welcoming the couple, Adrian and Michael, on their journey to ‘I do’ and possibly their new home at the Haraya Residences showroom.
