Sales Representative Duties and responsibilities-

- Identify prospective Online customers.
- Contact new and existing Online customers to discuss needs.
- Manages page and messages.
- Prepares online orders received from various online shop platforms.
- Directly coordinates with the customers to ensure a smooth transaction and successful delivery.
- Prepare daily tracking reports for all online shops.
- Handles online customer complaints and ensures all concerns are resolved.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities and growth
- Experience in online live selling is a plus but not required
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue Online relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least six (6) months of work-related experience.
Above average communication skills
Willing to work on flexible work hours
Education: Senior High School Pass (Preferred)
Salary Starting From- PHP 12k-18k
