Arthritis: What To Do?
Those with arthritis know that in the winter their joints hurt more. Their tendons seem to be stiff and struggling to move their hands and feet in the morning.
This disease is called Osteoarthritis. A lot of people will have this in old age.
Tips:
(1) Wear gloves and socks at night to keep your hands and feet from getting cold,
(2) Wear a jacket if it's cold where you're going,
(3) When you wake up in the morning, stretch your hands and feet to loosen the tendons. After 30 minutes the stiffness in your hands and feet will reduce,
(4) If you are fat, lose weight so that your knees and feet won't fall.
(5) Put a hot water bag on the painful part. Still trying to move the body so the bones don't completely harden.
(6) Don't drink pain reliever immediately and it may be with you in the long run. Go see a doctor
