This is NOT for Everyone.
The Ketogenic Lifestyle is NOT Easy! I've been practicing it for 3 years now and I am convinced it is D-I-F-F-I-C-U-L-T.
I know it's been a long time since I shelved this project but after going through the full experience of living in the real world again while staying true to my new values, ngayon ko mas naiintindihan na mahirap talaga itong i-mantain.
But, it is so worth it if I think about why I decided to transform my life. It's really for my only child, I'm all she has and I intend to give her the best experiences I could give her in this lifetime. And I can't do that if I am not healthy- magiging pabigat lang ako sa kanya as time passes.
This is the harsh truth: you cannot take care of other people if you do not have a healthy body. So, this is it! I will share all I know to help more people take control of their health like I did. Now, if you're ready- let's begin our journey. If you want to improve your health, you need to do the work. No excuses. Think of the people you love; even if may pera ka, mabigat pa rin sa puso nila kung makikita ka nilang nakaratay sa banig ng karamdaman. Anong klaseng experience yun para sa buong pamilya? Tsk… 🙄

Bakit tayo tumataba at nagkakasakit kahit na “healthy” ang diet natin?
Because for the past 50 years, we’ve consumed too much refined sugar. Yes, kahit may label na "healthy" pwedeng nakatago pa rin diyan ang refined sugars na nakakasira sa katawan. Mas convenient na nga at accessible ang pagkain ngayon, pero ano yung naging kapalit?
Kahit na “healthy” ang nakalagay sa label ng pagkain, hindi pa rin ito ligtas sa refined sugars. Ang dami ng mga “alyas” nito para lang hindi mahalata! Check out the 60 Secret Names of Sugar – na baka nakita na ninyo sa iba’t-ibang food labels.
