What hit me so hard is your experience as Emergency Doctor and what I realizes as Emergency Nurse. People who are dying struggles a lot, yung ang dami nilang iniisip, pagsisisi at mga what ifs while fighting to stay alive-what if ginawa ko to, what if hindi ko kinain yung mga bawal at hindi inabuso ang katawan ko, what if hindi ako nagpadala sa takot ko at naging mas matapang ako, what if I grabbed all the opportunities na dumating. They're not just struggling physically but also mentally, emotionally, spiritually and mostly, only few had given a second chance.

If you want to take care of others then start taking care of yourself first. Do not let illness make you realize the value of health.
