Chelsea formerly competed in Miss Philippines Earth 2019 representing Tacloban City where she finished as Miss Philippines Water 2019. In 2022, she competed in Binibining Pilipinas representing Tacloban City where she won as Binibining Pilipinas - Globe 2022 earning her the delegation of the Philippines at Miss Globe 2022. She also competed in Miss Universe Philippines 2025 representing Sultan Kudarat where she finished as part of the Top 6 and was crowned as The Miss Philippines Cosmo 2025 earning her the ticket to compete at the second edition of Miss Cosmo.
