-Responsibilities:
● Crafting and editing content
● Scheduling content publications across multiple platforms

-Requirements:
● Must have experience conceptualizing, creating and publishing videos to TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
● Must be extremely comfortable in front of a camera and not afraid to try the latest trends and challenges
● Must be outgoing, yet professional and engaging
● Tech-Savvy with well-honed marketing skills
● A large viewership across multiple channels

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to help with administrative and clerical duties. The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include providing assistance to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Making meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems are among the duties of an administrative assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to organize their work using tools such as Google Workspace. Slack, ClickUp, and HubSpot are a few examples. We'd like to meet you if you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and are familiar with our industry.

● Organize and schedule appointments
● Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
● Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
● Develop and maintain a filing system
● Update and maintain office policies and procedures
● Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
● Maintain contact lists
● Submit and reconcile expense reports
● Provide general support to visitors
● Liaise with EA to handle requests and queries from team members

Requirements:
● Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
● Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
● Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
● Proficiency in Google Workspace
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
● Attention to detail and problem solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
● College degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

● Salary: $700 (negotiable)
