The Department is now accepting student requests and enrollment-related concerns for the Summer Term of A.Y. 2025–2026 this 𝟯-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 (𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟵 – 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲).

Students who have concerns regarding their enrollment, including 𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 are advised to accomplish the 𝗥𝟬 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 provided by the Department so that your concerns can be addressed accordingly.

Please ensure that all required documents are submitted to the Department Office and that all enrollment-related concerns are settled within the submission period.

You may now submit your entries for manual tagging through the 𝗥𝟬 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 for non-regular and regular students who have not yet completed their enrollment. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.
