Alinsunod sa direktiba ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), sa pangunguna ni Kalihim Jonvic Remulla, mahigpit na ipatutupad ang mga sumusunod na regulasyon upang mapanatili ang kaayusan at kaligtasan sa lahat ng komunidad:
1.
Pagbabawal sa Pag-inom ng Alak sa Pampublikong Lugar: Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pagkonsumo ng alkoholikong inumin sa mga lansangan at iba pang pampublikong espasyo.
2.
Curfew para sa Menor de Edad: Paiigtingin ang pagpapatupad ng curfew para sa mga indibidwal na menor de edad, alinsunod sa umiiral na lokal na ordinansa.
3.
Wastong Kasuotan sa Pampublikong Lugar: Ipinagbabawal ang paglabas o pananatili sa pampublikong lugar nang hindi nakasuot ng angkop na damit, kabilang ang pagiging walang pang-itaas.
4.
Regulasyon sa Ingay (Videoke at Katulad): Ang paggamit ng videoke o anumang kagamitan na lumilikha ng malakas na ingay ay hindi pinahihintulutan paglampas ng alas-10 ng gabi, maliban kung may kaukulang pahintulot mula sa kinauukulan.
Ang pakikiisa at pagsunod ng bawat mamamayan ay mahalaga upang matiyak ang kapayapaan, kaayusan, at kaligtasan ng ating pamayanan.

Today is a day of rest and reflection. As Jesus rested in the tomb, may we also find rest in His finished work on the cross, waiting with expectant hearts for the joy of Easter morning.
"Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord." — Psalm 31:24

In contrast to our helplessness, God actively intervened. The death of Christ on the cross is the ultimate demonstration of His love. It was not a response to our goodness, but a proactive act of grace while we were still His adversaries. This sacrifice was made in our place, bearing the penalty for our sins.

This act of love is unique and unparalleled. Human love often extends to those who are good or deserving, and perhaps, in rare instances, for a righteous person. However, God's love transcends this, reaching out to the ungodly and His enemies.

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us"-Romans 5:8
