ANOTHER HISTORY FOR FILIPINO SEAFARERS

Marina STCW is now conducting the first theoretical examination in Marina VII - Cebu. This is a proof of the Administration's commitment to bring the services of government closer to the public despite the lack of manpower and challenges in logistics.
Next week, the first theoretical examination in Davao will be conducted.
