In the chaos of this world, we come to You seeking peace of mind and heart—the kind that calms our thoughts and soothes our souls.

When anxiety and stress weigh us down, remind us to BREATHE.
When fear and worry grip us, remind us to TRUST.
When anger or frustration rises, remind us to FORGIVE.

Fill us with Your HEALING LOVE so we may find calm in the storm.
Help us to release what we cannot control and embrace the divine PEACE and SERENITY that only You can give.

May Your presence be our anchor, and Your grace our guide.
