DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project.
- While the project is undergoing, he/she responsible for safety measures on site.
- Ensure conformity of contractor in terms of approved plans and specifications.
- Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
- Review technical specifications and recommend changes.
- Set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials.
- Put across construction proposal and site to the specified officials and supervising the tendering process.
