I almost had a heart attack yesterday 😭 let me reel back and give you the whole story

Yesterday morning at around 7:30 AM I woke up to violent and fast pounding on my locked bedroom door, I live alone so you can imagine how terrifyingly shocking it was to wake up THAT WAY

Turns out it was my mom who had keys to my home. We were set to meet up at 7 AM with a friend to go to the market. I was late which both of them know is NOT LIKE ME and I wasn’t answering my phone leading them to think the worst happened to me

I ON THE OTHER HAND just had a phone alarm that didn’t ring because I forgot to turn off my usual do not disturb mode 😅

An hour later after I have been forgiven, I still felt pressure and tightness on my chest and shallow breathing which stayed with me throughout the day EVEN when I got home, had food, water and a shower
