1. Simply log-in, then click the menu icon on the top-left of the screen to reveal the drop-down menu, then tap on Out-Patient Consultation.
2. Click on Consultation Request to open the T&C and Quick Instructions. After reading, tick the agreement checkbox in order to proceed.
3. Completely fill out the details of your Consultation Request, then click Submit to verify approval.
4. If approved, you will be sent a copy of your approval slip to your registered email address, or you may download a copy of the Approval Slip directly from the portal.
