We are looking for a bookkeeper and a paralegal to join our team.

BOOKKEEPER
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records for clients and support the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

PARALEGAL
The successful candidate will assist clients in dealing with government agencies and processing property and business-related documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field;
• Experience in dealing with government agencies (BIR, Registry of Deeds, BPLO, DENR, etc.);
• Knowledge of real estate documentation and property transfer processes;
• Familiarity with business permit applications and regulatory compliance;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; and
• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.
