We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to help us book patient appointments.
We are a laboratory testing facility based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time work from home position.

Your tasks will be:
- Answering live calls and booking of appointments. Script is provided
- Sending emails to customers
- Maintaining a database of customer using google spreadsheet

You must:
- Be willing to work Pacific Time hours - Shifting Schedule - starts at 12am Manila time
- Be willing to work weekend hours
- Must be computer literate in order to make reports using gmail / google spreadsheet / docs
- Must have your own computer setup
- Have at least 3mbps internet connection

He/She shall work closely with other app development and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

-Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
-Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
-Bug fixing and improving application performance
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
-Work with outside data sources and APIs
-Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
-Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:

-BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
-Proven software development experience and Android skills development
-Must know Java/Kotlin language, XML,
-Proven working experience in Android app development, and
-Have published at least one original Android app
-Experience with different versions of Android SDK
-Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
-Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
-Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures (MVC/MVP/MVVM/Clean), trends, and emerging technologies
-Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
-Must have MORE than two (2) years experience in Android Mobile/TV App Design and Development
-STRONG background using the Android platform
-Willing to work on paid overtime and during weekends
-iOS app development experience is a big plus
-Must be a team player
-Must know how to receive/give instructions by communicating details well with -supervisors/team members.
-Must have a strong foundation in logic, proper naming conventions, code optimization / refactoring
