Stronger water service for Muntinlupa City! Maynilad has completed the construction of pumping stations, supported by Angel Lazaro and Associates International (ALAI) and MOSE Engineering Consultancy (MEC) for the electrical and electronic systems.

This collaboration aims to modernize infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and enhance system reliability, aligning with Maynilad’s long-term service improvement initiatives.

Las Piñas is bordered by Parañaque to the northeast, Muntinlupa City to the southeast, Bacoor City to the west and southwest, and the City of Manila to the northwest. The area is largely residential, with a mix of commercial, industrial, and institutional zones.

At its core, this project aims to safeguard water ecosystems by removing contaminants from wastewater before it flows into the sea. It reflects Maynilad Water Services, Inc.’s broader goal of promoting sustainable urban development through improved sewerage and sanitation services.

The design includes three (3) pumping stations located in CAA, Castillo, and Avocado, with forty (40) lift stations located on Naga Road, C5 Extension, Perla St., Aurora Drive, Ilang-Ilang St., Diamond St., Emerald, Casimiro Avenue, Dona Manuela, Camella St., Macopa St., Citadella Avenue, Apollo III St., Philamlife Avenue, Sampaguita St., Chrysanthenum St., Angela St., Admiral St., Aries St., Pegasus St., Apollo V St., Papaya St., San Marcos St., Dona Pilar Aguirre, Cardinal Drive, Executive Village, Manila Doctor’s Village, Vatican City, Governor Licaros Avenue, Florlina Dela Cruz, Gloria Diaz, CV Starr, Palace St., Cruz St., Zapote River Drive, Melon St., General Capinpin St., Bayabas Avenue, Tropical Avenue, and Jordan Lane.

The Detailed Engineering Study and Design were carried out under the leadership of Angel Lazaro & Associates International (ALAI), and MOSE Engineering Consultancy (MEC) served as the Electrical and Electronics Consultant, ensuring technical compliance and system reliability throughout the project lifecycle.
