However, other divisions under the Finance Department, including Real Property Tax, Business Tax, and Miscellaneous, will remain open.

New year, new goals—but first, let’s get those permits sorted! ✨
Ponte Spaces wants to make sure our community stays compliant and stress-free. Makati BPLO is now accepting advanced renewals for 2026. Make sure to settle everything by January 20 to avoid the 25% surcharge.
The Makati Business Permits & Licensing Office (BPLO) is now accepting Advance Business Permit Renewal and Assessment for 2026.
Business owners under the eligible categories are encouraged to avoid the influx of business permits applicants during the renewal period.
Please be reminded that payments must be made on or before January 20, 2026. Late payments will incur a 25% surcharge and 2% monthly interest.
