On behalf of our President, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Senator Loren Legarda for her warm birthday greetings.

During the pandemic lockdown, when we were struggling to locate and include internally displaced persons in government assistance programs, then- Representative Loren Legarda of Antique was instrumental in making it happen. She and her office guided us through several policy lobbying efforts, and she has remained a consistent ally in ensuring that the rights and welfare of IDPs are protected and that their participation is guaranteed.

Her leadership and compassion during one of our most challenging times made a real difference for communities that were often overlooked. We are deeply thankful for her continued support.
