A person with integrity behaves ethically and does the right thing, even behind closed doors, regardless of where they are or what situation they find themselves in.

For instance, in my line of work, if a guest accidentally gives me more money than required for a meal or room charge, I make it a point to return the excess amount.

I overcame challenges to maintaining integrity by aligning my behavior with my core principles and standing firm in them. No matter the circumstance, I remind myself that integrity is a reflection of self-respect and a deep regard for others.
