You’re probably not holding water.
The majority of people just carry more body fat than they think.

• Load water and salt early in the day
• Cut both after mid-afternoon
• Keep meals small and easy to digest
• Minimise high-volume foods that cause bloating
• Add a mild diuretic with meals
• Increase caffeine slightly to help the process
