On the third day of the Lead Camp, PNS Scholars showcased their learnings through their advocacy pitches, highlighting their understanding of social issues and their commitment to take action in their communities. They shared their ideas with confidence and purpose, demonstrating their growth into more self-aware and action-oriented leaders ready to serve others.

PHINMA Foundation Executive Director Mr. Ron Ranier Reyes delivered a compelling message, emphasizing that the advocacy pitches presented were not merely for compliance, but commitments that scholars should continue pursuing beyond the camp. In his closing remarks, he reminded the scholars that while Days 1 to 3 marked an important beginning, the real work starts on Day 4. He stressed that meaningful change lies in the concrete actions young people take to bring the advocacies they envision to life.

We thank the PNS alumni volunteer facilitators for designing and leading the sessions and for generously sharing their time and expertise to support the scholars throughout the program.

Through the three-day PHINMA Youth Leadership Camp, we strengthened our scholars’ sense of purpose, empathy, and love of country, and we look forward to continuing to empower them to pursue meaningful advocacies and create lasting impact in their communities.
