Splice Innovations launches its new advocacy to help Filipino farmers. PhilSEED is Splice’s third advocacy from its group of organizations, the other two are Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation and BEAGIVER.

Farmers remain the poorest in the Philippines and PhilSEED aims to be part of finding solutions to this long standing problem.
