Another happy realtor moment ✨️

Sharing here some snaps from my recent turnover experience. It feels surreal to witness how this vision unfolds: from visual presentation to actual property turnover. This financially savvy working professional and a budding real estate investor is one of the first few people who believed in me as a rookie realtor. She is also one of the pioneer investors in Megaworld's first condo project within its flagship township in the North–Capital Town Pampanga. Definitely, one for the books!

In fulfillment of my client's request, I was tasked to go through the unit inspection in Chelsea Parkplace which happened a few days ago. My eyes gleamed upon entering the unit as if it's my own. I videocalled so my client can view the unit albeit online. She liked every corner of the room as well as the view of greeneries, and silhouette of mountains from the balcony. The unit is delivered in an excellent condition, hence the unit acceptance on the same day. I'm immensely grateful to my client for this rare chance of introducing a well-designed property alongwith its township lifestyle perks and the condominium's premium amenities and features.

Initially, client had reserved a unit during the launch phase and prior the commencement of construction of the project. Thus, she was able to secure the introductory rate years ago.
