OLi

For years, many CPA firms in the Philippines accepted manual follow-ups, scattered files, overtime chaos, and last-minute filing stress as “normal.”
But it does not have to stay that way.
Today, firms can finally gain:
✔ Real-time visibility on staff activity
✔ Organized and version-controlled files
✔ Clear accountability across engagements
✔ Better team alignment and workload management
✔ A more inspection-ready practice
Maybe this is the sign to stop settling for unnecessary chaos.
Who knows? You might want to check it out.

Exactly two-and-a-half years since we launched OLi, and it is surreal to see how much the platform has evolved and pivoted, from Audit to now HR.
We saw firsthand how disconnected systems, manual processes, and poor visibility slow businesses down, especially for multi-store operations.
That is why we built OLi HR, an end-to-end solution from timekeeping and scheduling to payroll and payslip automation.
Today, OLi HR is being used across 100+ stores of Jollibee franchise groups, along with 80+ Chowking and other JFC brand stores.
Still early in the journey, but grateful for the trust and excited to keep building solutions that help growing businesses scale better.
We had a great working session with R.E.C & Co. CPAs as they continue using OLi for their audit engagements.
What made this meeting special was the honest, practical feedback they shared from actual day-to-day use. Their suggestions have already helped us improve the platform in meaningful ways.
One insight we loved hearing:
Their clients are genuinely happy because audit tasks and documents are now uploaded and tracked in their own dedicated client portal. Clear. Organized. No more scattered emails.
This is exactly how OLi is meant to work improving the experience for both firms and their clients.
Up next on our roadmap:
Time tracking per task and per staff, so firms can better track productivity and confidently support flexible and work-from-home arrangements.
Built with firms. Improved through real use.
Thank you, R.E.C & Co. CPAs, for helping us build better.
OLi is not just audit software.
It is a firm Operating System built for how Philippine accounting firms really work.
OLi helps accounting firms monitor and manage all engagements and not only Financial Statement audits, but also BIR compliance, government filings, advisory, and consulting work.
With OLi, firms can:
✅Run FS audits with inspection-ready documentation
✅Monitor BIR compliance, filings, and deadlines with confidence
✅Manage advisory and non-audit engagements in one system
✅Track tasks, responsibilities, and client submissions clearly
✅See what is done, pending, and overdue in one system.
✅Dedicated portal for clients to receive and send documents

Kicking off the year strong with M. Ng. & T. Lopez Partnership Firm, one of OLi’s pioneer firms.
This onboarding and refresher session sets the foundation for a more organized year ahead, covering:
• Financial Statement audits
• Engagement and task management
• Compliance workflows
• Advisory work
OLi helps firms move away from scattered files and manual tracking, giving teams better visibility, accountability, and control across engagements.
Grateful for the trust, partnership, and collaboration as we build better systems for modern audit firms.
Grateful to present OLi at the QAR Trainings at the PICPA Head Office.
Inspections fail not because of effort, but because of missing files, weak tracking, and unclear accountability.
OLi Audit makes firms inspection-ready by default:
✔ One dashboard for engagements and staff
✔ Clear task ownership and progress
✔ Centralized, version-controlled workpapers
✔ Review notes tracked and cleared
Less scrambling. More control. Always ready.
Happy to share a moment from last year’s PICPA SMR Summit in Bukidnon, where we had the opportunity to present how OLi helps firms work smarter, streamline operations, and elevate productivity.
What started as conversations around efficiency has grown into a broader mission: helping accounting firms move away from manual, fragmented workflows toward systems that are structured, scalable, and future-ready.
Starting a business in the Philippines requires more than a good idea. Before your first sale, you may need ₱30,000 to ₱65,000 for registrations and compliance alone.
Typical upfront costs include:
DTI (sole prop): ₱1,000 to ₱2,000
SEC (corporation): ₱10,000 to ₱15,000+
Barangay clearance: ₱1,000 to ₱2,000
Zoning clearance: ₱2,000 to ₱3,000
Fire Safety Inspection Certificate: ₱3,000 to ₱5,000
Business insurance: ₱3,000 to ₱5,000
LGU business permit: ₱10,000 to ₱15,000+
BIR registration (2303, books, receipts, annual fee): ₱4,000 to ₱8,000
Key challenge: A business permit typically requires a valid business address, which means securing a lease contract and meeting occupancy requirements.
This is why preparation matters. Compliance costs are real, and entrepreneurship is not an instant path to wealth. But with proper planning, it is achievable.
If you are planning to register your business, share this as a quick reference for what to budget upfront.

Sharing special moments from our very first time joining the PICPA Annual Convention in Davao City in 2024.
We hosted jam-packed demos with audit practitioners eager to experience a smarter, more inspection-ready way of auditing and ultimately managing their practice efficiently. Since then, the platform has evolved significantly, shaped by real-world feedback and continuous improvement to help firms stay compliant, competitive, and future-proof.
This year, our focus is on supporting more firms and scaling with purpose. Our goal is to build the OLi Power 100, the first hundred firms who will directly influence how the platform grows into a globally competitive, inspection-ready audit and compliance solution.
Required ba kayo magpa-audit?
