Another ongoing institutional project is the proposed UP Community Affairs Building (UP CACB) in close collaboration with the Office of the Campus Architect (OCA). This is quite a unique collab as the OCA had a previous scheme and I came up with my own scheme based on agreed parameters. The OCA had a more monolithic plan with high use of sunshading, while I made a scheme based on a central atrium. The higher ups preferred the monolithic type which is Ok because now we are collaborating on refining massing and planning schemes.

Another civic project that have unfortunately be put on hold: The Pasig Discovery Centrum and Library Center. This was a retrofitting and expansion project that would have expanded the building facade by 6m with a driveway underneath .I do hope this pushes through eventually for the constituents.
