• With at least 2 years-sales related and/or customer facing role (within past 5 years)
• Good network - submission of Market Survey
• Good Communication Skills
• Must be new to insurance industry (i.e., not an industrial recruit from another insurer)

Willing to be taught and trained
Entrepreneurial mindset, business-minded
