One advantage of working from home is increased productivity (They say. Haha!) Like a lot of managers worry that their employees won’t work but in reality what could be worry-some is that if their employees get too focused in their work and forget taking breaks or forget “stopping” to work, it can lead to burnout AND since the managers don’t see them face to face, they won’t notice the non-verbal signs of burnout 🤷🏻‍♀️😔🙏🏼

💛 If you handle a team, please don’t forget to check in with your members. Really make time to know how they are! Not ask lang for the sake of asking

💛 If you’re an individual contributor, wag masyado subsob sa work! Hehe

Let’s be grateful we get to work from home but not forget to take care of ourselves and consider the needs of others too. We’ll get through this 💯
